Cancellation of Orders
All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be amended and cancelled. You may however arrange for a return & exchange or refund after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Return & Exchange and Refund policy.
If you received the wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately before leaving a one-sided comment or review. We will try our best to assist you as your satisfaction is our priority. Any comment or review given before contacting us will not be entertained as we assumed you have accepted the item in such conditions. Thank you for your cooperation.
Return and Exchange Policy
If your item received is incorrect or defect, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Exchange is allowed within 14 days after the item is sent out. Exchanges will not be entertained once it past the stipulated date. Item must be in its original and in good condition to be acceptable for an exchange. All items are exchangeable if above conditions are met except for underwear (panty) even if it is unwrapped and in good condition due to hygiene reasons.
You are not eligible for a refund if you have received the item and changed your mind, purchased the wrong design/size/colour and gave the incorrect address. Therefore, before confirming your order, please read through your details before payment.
Please drop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your order number and item for exchange and new item to be replaced. It is advisable that you exchange for another item of the same value or more as no refunds will be given if the amount of the newly exchanged item is lesser than the amount of original purchase. Once we confirm the exchange via email, customer needs to pay for any shortfall, if any results from the exchange.
Buyer bears the two way postage cost incurred. Alternatively, we are also available for a meet-up, please contact us in advance for an appointment.
Once the exchange is confirmed via email, we will advise you the additional item costs & shipping fee, if any to be charged to you. You can transfer to us via the following options:
1) Normal bank transfer to the following bank account and indicate your order no. at the transfer note.

After transfer is made, kindly notify us at email@example.com with the following information. Revised orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment on the same day and shipped out the following day.

No refund be given if item exchanged is lower than the original cost of item.
No reward loyalty points be given for the additional $ spent due to exchange.
All refund is in the form of store credits issued to be utilised for next purchase. We do not do cash refund. Refund is allowed within 14 days after the item is sent out. To ensure no delay or lost in the mail, we only accept item sent back to us via courier service. If the refund is due to defective goods or error from us, we will absorb fully the shipping costs incurred by you and please advise us the amount. Upon receipt of the item in good condition, we will notify and issue you store credits equivalent to the shipping costs incurred with 1 year expiry date for use in subsequent purchase.
Reward points given relating to the refunded item will be reversed accordingly.
